Mom Bombs: Welcome to my blog! I'm a mom, a podcaster, wife, and someone who's been dealing with anxiety and the challenges of adulthood for a while now. I started this blog to share my experiences and connect with other moms who are going through the same thing. Being a parent is hard enough, but when you add anxiety and other mental health issues to the mix, it can feel overwhelming. On my blog, I'll be sharing stories, tips, and advice on how to navigate motherhood while dealing with anxiety, as well as insights into my life as a mom and a podcaster. I'm excited to connect with other moms out there, and to create a space where we can all support each other through the ups and downs of parenting.
